Spot has no public list price; $74,500 is the 2020 Explorer figure

Boston Dynamics sells Spot by quote only. We mark $74,500+ as an estimate from the 2020 Explorer kit, not a live MSRP.

We refreshed Spot after an August 28 freshness pass against bostondynamics.com. The product page has Contact Sales and specs, not a checkout price. The FAQ says Spot is for commercial, industrial, enterprise, and university research. It is not for individuals buying for non-commercial or in-home use.

Our catalog still shows $74,500+ because that was the June 2020 Explorer kit launch figure. We now mark it as an estimate. Configured packages with an arm, sensors, and Orbit software cost more. Boston Dynamics does not publish those numbers.

Official specs we re-checked are unchanged: 33.8 kg with battery, 61 cm walking height, 1.6 m/s, 14 kg payload, about 90 minutes runtime. Battery recharge is listed as 60 minutes on the product page. Packs stay hot-swappable.
